Tryout Information
- Tryout Dates: August 24th (Monday), August 25th (Tuesday), and August 26th (Wednesday), 2026
- Time: 3:00-5:00 PM
- Location: Frost East Gym (7th Grade) and Frost West Gym (8th Grade)
- You must attend all three tryout days

Registration and Important Dates - Registration MUST be completed on Final Forms

- Uploaded a Required Physical Examination Form signed by a doctor and dated no earlier than 4/15/26
Athletic Physical Requirement
All student-athletes must have a current MHSAA physical form on file in Final Forms before the first day of tryouts. Please see the Physical Information tab for more details. If not uploaded into Final Forms, the student WILL NOT be allowed to try out. No paper copies will be accepted.
Practice Schedule
Practices run Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday
- 7th Grade Practice Time: 3:00-4:30 PM
- 8th Grade Practice Time: 3:00-5:00 PM
Families are expected to have a ride ready for pick up at the end of practice. Repeated late pickups could result in removal from the team.
Uniform & Gear
All volleyball athletes will be provided with a Frost Volleyball jersey, which they are expected to wear to all games. All athletes must bring their own plain black volleyball shorts (minimum 4-inch inseam).
Information about Spirit Wear will be sent to the families of athletes who make the team!
Game Times & Details
- All home games, as well as games against other Livonia schools, start at 4:00 PM (both 7th and 8th grade)
- Some out-of-district schools use only one gym, so the 7th-grade games start at 4:00 PM, with the 8th-grade game at approximately 5:00 PM, immediately following the 7th-grade game.
