Unified Basketball

The Unified Basketball program is dedicated to promoting social inclusion through shared sports training and competition experiences. Unified Sports joins people with and without specific disabilities on the same team. It was inspired by a simple principle: training together and playing together is a quick path to friendship and understanding.

A Unified Athlete is a student-athlete with specific disabilities who typically receive Special Education services, as verified by the site administrator. A Unified Partner is a student-athlete without intellectual disabilities attending the same school as a Unified athlete.

  • Practice Schedule: Wednesday & Fridays during Falcon Time (1:25 - 1:50pm.
  • Season Dates: Practices start in January, with games in January through March.
  • Coaches: Sherri Brown, Beth Lebowsky, and Eoghann Stephens
  • Cost: NO cost
