Welcome to Frost’s inaugural season of our Co-Ed Swim and Dive Program! Important information for the 2026/2027 season is below! There will be one team composed of both girls and boys
Registration Information: This MUST be completed on Final Forms

- Upload a Required Physical Examination Form signed by a doctor and dated no earlier than 4/15/26
Athletic Physical Requirement
All student-athletes must have a current MHSAA physical form on file in Final Forms before the first day of tryouts. Please see the Physical Information tab for more details. If it is not uploaded to Final Forms, the student WILL NOT be allowed to try out. No paper copies will be accepted.
Uniform & Gear
All swim and dive athletes must provide the following gear.

One-piece competitive swimsuit (speed suits are not recommended)

First practice is Monday, November 19th, 2026
Transportation
Practices are held off campus at a different school, and athletes are expected to provide their own transportation to practice. The time and location of practices are yet to be determined for our inaugural season of middle school swim and dive.
