Welcome to Frost’s Co-Ed Wrestling Program! Important information regarding the 2025/2026 season is provided below.
Sign ups
Students should sign up in advance using the Google Form that will be sent out to parents in mid-December. To participate, you must complete all consent documents in Final Forms and upload a copy of the athlete's current physical. No paper copies are accepted.
Practice Schedule
First practice is Monday, January 5th, 2026
Practices are held at Churchill High School, and athletes are expected to provide their own transportation to practice. * Last year, they were at 5 pm, but this is yet to be determined for the upcoming season.
Uniform and Gear
All wrestler athletes will be provided a Frost Singlet that they are expected to wear for all competitions.
Information for Spirit Wear will be sent to all wrestling families at the start of the season.
Game Times and Details
- All meets start at 4:00 pm
- Athletes need to secure transportation to all away meets as there is no bussing to away events.
- Home events are held at Frost in the East Gym and start at 4:00 pm
- Every effort will be made to have each athlete wrestle one match at each event. This may vary depending on the weight classes our opponent's team has available to wrestle.
